Am Sonntag, den 16. Oktober 2022, veranstaltet das Porzellanikon – Staatliches Museum für Porzellan, Hohenberg a.d. Eger von 14:30 bis 17:00 Uhr eine Matinée mit den Porzellan-Künstlern Andreas Ehret und Olaf Fieber. Ihre außergewöhnlichen Objekte bereichern die aktuelle Sonderausstellung „UNIKATE erzählen. Künstlerisches Meissen 1970 – 2010“. Andreas Ehret absolvierte an der Staatlichen Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen zunächst eine Ausbildung zum Porzellandreher. Aufgrund seiner Begabung kam er als Meisterschüler des Plastikers Peter Strang in die manufaktureigene künstlerische Entwicklungsabteilung. On Wednesday, 21 September 2022, porcelain-loving senior citizens can spend an interesting and varied afternoon at the Porzellanikon - Staatliches Museum für Porzellan, Schirndinger Straße 48, 95691 Hohenberg a.d. Eger. As part of the current special exhibition "UNIKATE erzählen. Am Sonntag, den 4. September 2022, veranstaltet das Porzellanikon – Staatliches Museum für Porzellan, Hohenberg a.d. Eger von 14:30 bis 17:00 Uhr eine Matinée mit der Porzellan-Künstlerin Silvia Klöde. Ihre außergewöhnlichen Objekte bereichern die aktuelle Sonderausstellung „UNIKATE erzählen. Künstlerisches Meissen 1970 – 2010“. Die Diplom-Bildhauerin Silvia Klöde erlernte in der Staatlichen Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen den Beruf der Bossiererin, bevor sie an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden ein Studium absolvierte. Artistic Meissen 1970 - 2010" in the Porzellanikon - State Museum of Porcelain, Hohenberg a.d. Eger. The event starts at 2 p.m. with an entertaining guided tour of the exhibition, during which participants will learn all kinds of exciting stories about the bizarre, unusual or funny objects. After the tour, the creative programme begins, where everyone can create their own unique pieces from various porcelain pieces and shards. On 15 July 2022 at 6 pm, a participatory reading will begin at the Porzellanikon in Hohenberg a.d. Eger. Co-organised by the "Junge Luisen-burg", children and young people can actively participate and thus immerse themselves directly in the story. Registration is requested, children up to 18 years of age are free. Fenja Makosch, theatre pedagogue at the Luisenburg Festival, is turning the classic novel "War of the Buttons" by Louis Pergaud, which was last filmed in 2011, into an interactive reading for children and young people. On Sunday, 10 July 2022, Porzellanikon - Staatliches Museum für Porzellan, Hohenberg a.d. Eger will be hosting a matinée with porcelain artist Gudrun Gaube from 2:30 to 5:00 pm. Her extraordinary objects enrich the current special exhibition "UNIKATE erzählen. Artistic Meissen 1970 - 2010".  Gudrun Gaube attended colleges in Halle, Dresden and Budapest, where she studied design and specialised in painting, graphics and decorative design. With these extensive skills in her luggage, she joined the "New Artistic Development" department of the Meissen State Porcelain Manufactory. An extraordinary exhibition awaits visitors to Porzellanikon - State Museum of Porcelain.On Sunday, June 12, 2022, Porzellanikon in Hohenberg a.d. Eger will host a curator's tour of the new special exhibition "UNIKATE erzählen. Artistic Meissen 1970 - 2010," will take place.
