Working World and Industrialization of Anatolia from the Perspective of Young Artists
When one considers that the largest share of migrant workers in Germany comes from Turkey, it only makes sense to take a look at this not so foreign country and to risk a comparison. Artists deal with the upheavals that are caused by the transformation of rural areas into cities and mechanization: Urbanization and isolation, environmental damage, domination of machines, being at the mercy of technology and the structures of the modern capitalist world. Each artist has a unique view of the development and focuses on different stirring themes, which together creates an interesting picture.
